Position Overview: We are specializing in innovative and sustainable rooftop projects, seeking a motivated and talented Junior Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the engineering department and contributing to the successful execution of our residential rooftop projects & Industrial Solar Projects. Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Collaborate with the senior engineering team to provide technical support and assistance throughout all stages of the residential projects, from conception to completion.
Site Inspections: Participate in on-site inspections to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to safety guidelines, and verify compliance with engineering specifications.
Documentation: Help maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence, government documentation to facilitate efficient project management and clear communication.
Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and construction methodologies.
Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution and successful completion within designated timelines.
Problem-solving: Identify and address engineering & electrical challenges that may arise during the installation, commissioning process, providing timely solutions to maintain project momentum and quality.
Compliance: Ensure all engineering activities align with relevant processes(steps), safety standards, and government regulations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Candidates currently pursuing their degree will also be considered.
Technical Skills: Basic electrical knowledge and Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks, and shifting priorities with a positive attitude.
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
